I recently had the pleasure of seeing Ryan Trecartin's solo show at MoMA PS1 "Any Ever." I have been a pretty big fan of Ryan Trecartin's works primarily in the medium of video's starring himself and his friends . Many of his exhibitions involve the watching of his videos in an installation environment that provides seating to the viewer. Ryan Trecartin was awarded best new artist of the year at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Art Awards. His videos attempt to replicate the high speed, and often schizophrenic feeling of a contemporary digitized life. If you are prone to having seizures, you probably don't want to watch too many of his videos, but if not, enjoy!
